3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free U.S. shipping on orders over $20. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with discounts available during promotions.  

4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
